How do we make a career in aged care a cherished profession?

As a young individual, first exploring the aged care industry eight years agone, I didn't meet numerous people under 35.

I realized that if we wanted to help bod a healthier system, young people were underlying to the rising, especially when the central get on of staff is around 50.

COVID-19 has complicated our connections even further, with physical meetings and events unexpended uncertain into the prox.
